My journey began on the road, with suitcases full of shoes, working as a sales rep. That’s how I came to understand the retail world and how to build lasting partnerships with companies and shop owners — always adapting to market changes while keeping the end customer’s needs in focus.
Then came a pivotal experience: serving as CEO of Mirella Industria Calzature — my family’s historic company, and a key part of my childhood.

It was there I truly realised that, to be competitive in the global market, it's essential to foster a virtuous ecosystem built on collaboration, innovation and creativity. I learned to work directly with major fashion houses, managing licensing agreements with Armani, Jeckerson and Monnalisa, and producing private label collections for brands like Burberry, Porsche Design, Puma, Alexander McQueen and more.
Over the past ten years, as a Project Manager, I’ve stepped into the heart of style research: analysing trends, translating moodboards into concrete collections, selecting reliable manufacturing partners, and overseeing production in person to ensure high-quality standards.
Today, I have a comprehensive view of the footwear sector — from design to production, from material sourcing to coordinating the entire process. I’ve built strong relationships with specialists in children's, men’s and women’s footwear, working alongside designers and pattern makers to turn ideas into successful products.
I support Italian and international brands in developing prototypes and collections, helping them identify the best manufacturing partners in Italy or abroad based on price range and brand positioning.
